Ayurvedic Yoga Sessions

Ayurveda, one of the oldest medicinal systems in the world, has immense healing power and time tested ancient wisdom. In this session, prakruti (original mind-body state) and vikruti (imbalance) will be assessed using diagnostic and intuitive techniques. Recommendations will be given to help each client come into a state of balance and health.

Working one-on-one is often the best way to be introduced to yoga and develop your personal practice (sadhana). The teacher will use their skills, knowledge and intuition to determine the best holistic approach for each student.
