This training is an exploration of Self-knowing. Flourish within as you explore the deeper subjects of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantra from the Himalayan Masters. These time-tested ancient techniques increase capacity for individual embodiment and healing and in-depth sharing of Yoga.

Keely Totten is a compassionate teacher and dedicated student of Yoga & Ayurveda. Through a clear and practical approach, Keely specializes in guiding students on their own journey toward inner joy, freedom, self-healing and spiritual growth.
Keely is trained in Hatha Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda. Her teaching style is inspired by the eight limbed path of Hatha Yoga, world view and energetic approach of Tantra, healing wisdom of Ayurveda.
Keely is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and graduate of the California College of Ayurveda. She is an initiate of the Sri Vidya Tradition of the Himalayan Masters and rooted within her studies and real life applications of Tantric Hatha Yoga.
Keely offers comprehensive ayurvedic consultations, therapeutic private yoga sessions to support self-healing, group classes, retreats, workshops, and the KULE Embodied Shakti Teacher Training Program.
Indu Arora, Ayurveda and Yoga Teacher, mentor and author considers herself a student for lifetime. She has been sharing about Yoga philosophy, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda and Tantra since 1999. Indu is inspired by and taught under Kriya Yoga, Himalayan Yoga, Tantra (SriVidya and Kashmir Shivaism) lineages. She has studied Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra in a traditional Guru Paramapara setting.Her teaching style is rooted in empowering and inspiring students to awaken the inner Guru through self-inquiry and self-realization. Her core philosophy is, ‘Yoga is work-in not work-out!”

Tracee Stanley is the author of the bestselling book Radiant Rest: Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation and Awakened Clarity and The Luminous Self: Sacred Yogic Practices & Rituals to Remember Who You Are – (Shambhala Publications). Tracee is the founder of Empowered Life Circle, a sacred community and portal of practices, rituals, and Tantric teachings inspired by more than 28 years of studentship in Sri Vidya Tantra and the teachings of the Himalayan Masters.
Dr. Chanti Tacoronte-Perez is a Cuban-American artist-author, ritualist, and non-clinical depth psychologist. She believes that images speak a profound language; her life’s work is a translator of the unseen and an advocate for the imaginal. She teaches workshops, and collaborative training focused on creativity, yantra painting, dreaming, intuitive movement, myth, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra. Her passion and aim are to inspire all to rediscover their creative self by weaving the blessings with the wounds while honoring the land and ancestors.
Beth Prandini has been studying Yoga for over 25 years. She is an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist who mindfully manages autoimmune illness with yoga, meditation and balanced living. She has been teaching Yoga for 15 years, using her M.A. in Education to lead 200hour Teacher Trainings for YogaWorks in Los Angeles. Currently, she is earning her A.A. in Science and studying Physical Therapy Assisting. Beth teaches Anatomy within KULE’s Embodied Shakti 200 Hr Course and will offer a segment on Adaptive Yoga with the advanced training.

This training is in-depth study with the intention of sharing Yoga in a deeper way through evolved personal transformation and practice. Students are expected to attend all training sessions. There are allowable misses and attendance guidelines which allow for life’s fluctuations. This training will be treated with reverence and regard for the teachings. Each student is expected to be on-time, study at home and begin or maintain a personal practice.
