Meditation is a practice, way of being, and a complete path towards getting know ourselves in the deepest way. It opens a channel of listening to our own Heart. This gives way for seeing what we cannot see, along with the potential for an unshakable foundation of both empowerment and peace. While there is no wrong way to meditate and wealth of traditions to follow. This immersion will dive into the Tantric tradition in a soft way. We will be exploring the book: The Heart of Meditation, pathways to a deeper experience by Swami Durgananda (Sally Kempton).

Ayurveda is one of the oldest holistic medicinal systems in the world. Coming from India, it’s wisdom, medicinal practices, and approach is said to be over 5,000 years old.
Broadly, it is the science of all of life, nature, health, and time. On an individual level, it is sacred self-knowledge, healthy lifestyle, yoga practices, and applied herbal medicine.
Weaving the science of Ayurveda into life is really about the path to total health and wellness. Ayurveda helps us align with our true spiritual nature, gives insight into the causes of disease and shines a spotlight on digestive health. Yoga and Ayurveda together, create a power pack combo of holistic science designed for peaceful, joyful living.
