Meditation is the gift that keeps on giving. On the short term, it brings self-awareness, calms the mind, and brings relaxation to the body. On the long term, it re-wires the brain, emotions, and activates a deep spiritual connection. Everyone can meditate. Yes, that includes the monkey-mind folks! The practice is made accessible by using the yogic and ayurvedic tools as preparation to practice.
Each session will be 45min. and include: discussion, pranayama, mudra, mantra, relaxation, silence, and community. This series is right for beginners as well as long time meditators.
Keely’s background as teacher includes tantric meditation within the Himalayan tradition using pranic awareness, kriya yoga as essential cleansing, and mantra as medicine for the mind. She is further influenced by over 2500 hours of study in the medicinal system of Ayurveda, making the connection between the healthy function of Agni (metabolic fire), the ability to meditate, and what tools are necessary to begin, maintain, and growth within a healthy practice.
