Ayurveda, one of the oldest medicinal systems in the world, has immense healing power and time tested ancient wisdom. In this session, prakruti (original mind-body state) and vikruti (imbalance) will be assessed using diagnostic and intuitive techniques. Recommendations will be given to help each client come into a state of balance and health.

Working one-on-one is often the best way to be introduced to yoga and develop your personal practice (sadhana). The teacher will use their skills, knowledge and intuition to determine the best holistic approach for each student. Students bring their individual physical or spiritual needs, experiences and specific health conditions to the session.

We welcome you to the community and encourage students to slowly explore yoga or immerse themselves completely in the practice. A single class will change your world, but attending 2-4x per week gives rich rewards. A regular practice has been proven to improve balance, strength, flexibility, digestion and – best of all – soothe the mind and reduce the effects of stress.
