Meditation is the gift that keeps on giving. On the short term, it brings self-awareness, calms the mind, and brings relaxation to the body. On the long term, it re-wires the brain, emotions, and activates a deep spiritual connection. And Sangha is a community of like-minded folks.
Each Sangha night will offer philosophy AND practice, PLUS Q&A. This offering is intended to support ongoing Meditation and Lifestyle practices.
The tools offered will include the best of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantra. Meditation, mantra, pranayama, mudra, kriya, etc. If you tend to fall off track with regular meditation practice, this class is for you.
About the Teacher:
Keely’s background as teacher includes tantric meditation within the Himalayan tradition using pranic awareness, kriya yoga as essential cleansing, and mantra as medicine for the mind. She is further influenced by over 2500 hours of study in the medicinal system of Ayurveda, making the connection between the healthy function of Agni (metabolic fire), the ability to meditate, and what tools are necessary to begin, maintain, and growth within a healthy practice.
All level practitioners welcome.
