Margaret Sison
Margaret discovered yoga 20 years ago, in a group class at a gym. Never fully committing for years, her personal practice was inconsistent. Then motherhood came along and gifted her so many joys but also some great challenges. She didn’t realize how much she was functioning from a place of depletion until she started experiencing intense panic attacks. Trying to find a natural and holistic approach, yoga found her again. This time, she found the courage and the need to finally join an in-person yoga class. Recognizing the immediate benefits of the practice, she wholly embraced it in her life. Her consistent practice grounded and balanced her. It soothed her busy mind, settled her breath and strengthened her body. Yoga ultimately taught Margaret some real life skills and showed her how to better connect with the moments of the day. With yoga, she has found a deeper joy and a greater ease while connecting to the now. Quite simply, yoga has profoundly changed her life and she hopes to share what she has learned while continuing to learn. Margaret is a graduate of the Embodied Shakti School of Yoga at KULE.
