Yoga Nidra Immersion
Sleep to Awaken
Starts March 1, 2026
with Keely Totten, E-RYT 500, Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist
Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness in between waking and sleeping, timeless in nature, and involves deep, soulful rest.
Within the luminal space, it unlocks multidimensional healing, innate power within, creative potential, and pure connection with heart consciousness.
Although we have specific steps to take within the practice of Yoga Nidra, it is beyond a technique, a script, or shavasana. Yoga Nidra is a culminating experience.
Through this mysterious yogic sleep, we give the body and mind a chance for deep rest and restoration. Imagine setting aside impressions and deep grooves of thought in the mind to uncover your clear, wise, and true voice. Imagine resting so hard that you slip into a state of deep stillness where physical and emotional tensions leave you completely. All this is possible (not guaranteed) with the practice of Yoga Nidra.
This deep practice and experience is to be explored through learning: theory, myth, Yoga Nidra as goddess, science and studies, components of practice, and customized applications. This is offered to the householder yoga student & seeker.
