Margaret Welsh
I have been practicing yoga for almost 25 years and my practice has journeyed through many iterations.
My yoga life has spanned the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga to almost 2000 hours of Therapeutic Yoga training. I have applied experience in Yoga for Trauma and clinical experience; bringing Yoga’s therapeutic effects to a wide variety of wonderful people.
The myriad of tools of Yoga have helped me, personally, shift perceptions of things that were not serving me or downright causing me pain—on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. The gentle self-reflection and community spirit of Yoga has enriched my connection to every person I know. It has saved my lower back (!) and continues to support my creativity.
My hobbies are writing, hanging out with my two kids and very funny husband. I am obsessed with my Pitbull, Jimmy and enjoy travel, the company of good friends and reading.
