Owner and founder of kule yoga & Ayurveda
Keely totten
Keely Totten is a compassionate teacher and dedicated student who fell in love with yoga upon arrival! From the beginning, it provided an environment for healing and uncovering. Not long after, she discovered essential tools for spiritual development within the ancient teachings. A passion was ignited. Through a clear and practical approach, Keely specializes in guiding students on their own journey toward inner joy, freedom, self-healing and spiritual growth.
Keely is trained in Hatha Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda. Her teaching style is inspired by alignment-based Hatha Yoga, world view and energetic approach of Tantra, healing wisdom of Ayurveda and the therapeutic approach of Yoga Therapy.
Keely has completed studies in Clinical Ayurvedic Medicine at the California College of Ayurveda. She is an initiate of the Sri Vidya Tradition of the Himalayan Masters and rooted within her studies of Tantric Hatha Yoga. Keely continues to study specialty applications of Yoga and Ayurveda and mentor closely with Indu Arora of YogSadhna. She is grateful to all her teachers, named and unnamed.
Keely offers individual ayurvedic consultations, therapeutic private yoga sessions to support self-healing, group classes, retreats, workshops, and the KULE Embodied Shakti Teacher Training Program.
When she’s not teaching or studying, you can find Keely enjoying a hike on the trail, traveling with her family, having good laughs with friends, and finding reasons to be grateful for the miracle of life.
